Deadline details
This is the hard deadline for the completed Extended Essay (4,000 words) for all DP2 candidates. The essay must be uploaded as a PDF together with the completed RPPF (Reflections on Planning and Progress Form).
Before submitting, check that you have:
- Stayed within the 4,000-word limit
- Completed all three reflection sessions on the RPPF
- Referenced consistently in your chosen citation style
- Had your final viva voce with your supervisor
Late submissions cannot be accepted except in documented exceptional circumstances agreed with the DP coordinator in advance.
