Daffodil Day 2026 – Thank You for Your Support
As part of their CAS project, two IB students took the lead in organizing our school’s participation in Daffodil Day (Deň narcisov), Slovakia’s nationwide fundraising campaign organized by the League Against Cancer.
They managed all aspects of the project, including communication with the organization, volunteer coordination, promotion of the event, and fundraising efforts both within the school and in the local community.
Working together with fellow IB students and other volunteers, they helped raise €1,637.36 in support of the League Against Cancer. This contribution will help fund services and programs that provide assistance to cancer patients and their families across Slovakia.
We would like to thank everyone who donated, volunteered, and supported this initiative. Their generosity and commitment helped turn a student-led project into a meaningful contribution to an important cause. 💛🌼
